Tracedoc is a no-code cloud platform where services are described in XML. The XML specifications are uploaded via a web browser to create a live digital service. No software coding is required.   • Description: Insurance Claim is an application process where a Claimant specifies the type of loss, the date, and a description. If the Claimant is over a certain age an additional health check need to be completed, The claim is reviewed by a Claim Handler who approves or rejects the claim or requests more information. Diabetes Treatment

  • Description: 4 eyes on diabetes is a patient self treatment based on ordinations by a doctor. At administration of insulin the required dose of insulin is calculated based on the current ordination, the measured blood sugar and amount of carbohydrates. The doctor can review all meals and insulin administrations reported by the patient and issue new ordinations. Next of kin is notified of insulin administrations and may also assume the right to doctor ordinations in the post acute phase.

  • Description: Instametering offers digital services for home owners associations, condominium associations, and property / real estate managers which reduce administration, paper documentation, and make life easier for the residents. Based on the data for the Company an ESG risk score is calculated which forms part of the customers credit risk.

Based on the information provided a number of business rules govern the assessment flow (including engaging the supplier) and combine to create an aggregate risk score for using the supplier.

Creating a Service

A Tracedoc service is delivered as a set of one or more end to end business processes engaging users in digital workflows. A workflow can encompass one or more users performing common business activities such as data entry in forms, signatures of data, business rule evaluations, information queries, execute calculations, send messages, delegation to others and much more. Data is stored in information models which are available in an Excel style data browser as well as in an Analytics engine providing reports of specified indicators at all levels of the organization.

Tracedoc specifications are written in XML format based on the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). A simplified example of an event flow in a Diabetes Treatment with a Doctor and Patient is given below.

  1. In ConfirmPatientFactors the Doctor confirms updates of the Patient's medical factors. The data for medical factors are in the information model medicalcare and the entity diabetesfactors. The model medicalcare is also specified in XML.
  2. In NewOrdination the Doctor submits a new ordination using the form Ordination
  3. In ConfirmOrdination the Doctor confirms the new ordination. The Ordination is sent as a Message to the Patient including a notification via email
  4. In ViewOrdination the Patient reviews the new ordination and confirms the ordination
  5. After confirming the ordination the Patient can record a meal providing carbohydrates and blood sugar levels in NewMeasurement. In the next step the insulin doses are calculated and advised to the Patient based on the current ordination by the Doctor.
